Mr Twok hardly looked straight at me.He also dismissed my request for monovision.I have had this since birth.This upset me but I was able to request a different surgeon who dealt with this. He was otherwise very professional

Diagnosis was within 1 minute which had been missed by my optician and very efficient booking of operation. Operation went smoothly and I was impressed with the after care prior to discharge. Mr Dong Park took great care to explain everything and was very happy to answer all of my questions. All staff at Midlands Eye were faultless.

Excellent in all respects, from initial contact, consultation, operations (cataracts - both eyes), and follow-up. Mr Park replied directly to my early emails, answering all my questions in a detailed and professional manner. At the first consultation, he gave a comprehensive overview of the options available to me, and again answered all my questions thoroughly. Between consultation and operation, he always replied promptly to any queries I had. During the operation, he talked me through the various stages as they were about to occur; this was very reassuring. At the final follow-up, he made me aware of potential future issues which I needed to look out for. At all times, I found Mr Park to be easy to talk to, very professional, very approachable, and quick to respond to communications. I undertook a substantial amount of research before selecting an eye surgeon (you only get one pair of eyes!) and couldn't be happier with my choice and the results of my operations.
