Throughout our discussion, he patiently listened to my concerns, provided thorough explanations, and ensured I felt comfortable. Importantly, he also gave me realistic expectations about the potential outcome of the procedure. His expertise was evident, leaving me feeling confident about the process. I felt listened to by Dr Kasem but equally that he was able to give his professional opinion in order to guide me where I was unsure. I felt safe in the lead up to and during the operation and felt that Dr Kasem listened to my concerns and assessed my risk level accordingly. Dr Kasem is clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable but also non-judgemental. I am really happy with the surgery and the results so far!!

I felt that I was in excellent hands with Professor Winters. She provided me with a wealth of information about my options, including the most up-to-date research and trials, and clarified when I had questions. A pre-existing health condition was an added complication, and Professor Winters took pains to liaise with the other specialists and ensure that my treatment plan took everything into account, changing it when necessary so that it was the best way forward for me. I appreciated being able to access everything online at any time via the Patient Portal, and especially appreciated that Professor Winters phoned me to keep me up-to-date about my treatment plan, rather than wait for the next appointment. Post-operative care was meticulous to ensure the best possible outcome cosmetically as well as clinically, and Professor Winters was kind and reassuring. She also has an amazing team in Jenny, her PA, and Angela, her nurse, who all worked together so that I felt safe, supported and cared for. Thank you so much.

Mr Sarakbi was very understanding and patient from start to finish. He listened carefully to my concerns, I was having breast implant replacement due to the age of my existing implants. I didn't want to change anything really, but had some concerns about rippling. Mr Sarakbi recommended a great set of implants that were like for like, and I was very happy with. He explained carefully about the risks involved - some I knew about, some I didn't. He gave me a lot of information to read. On the day I was nervous, but his whole team were really supportive and pleasant, especially Tina his assistant breast specialist nurse. I'm very happy with the outcome and definitely recommend him.

From the moment I met Mr Blackburn I was made to feel as though he had a genuine interest in me as a person. I had an implant removal and uplift and each option that was available to me was carefully explained with the pros and cons being discussed too. The results of my surgery are amazing.
