Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

I received a shock BRCA 1 diagnosis in July this year. From my first appointment with Miss Franks, I knew I’d found the right surgeon for me. Not only is Miss Franks incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, authoritative and highly experienced - she’s human too, displaying warmth, kindness and empathy. The whole process from diagnosis to bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction has been seamless under her care and guidance. She and her team have taken on the burden of making sure I speak to the correct people (from geneticist to psychologist) and making all arrangements. At what is an incredibly scary, daunting and overwhelming time, having Miss Franks looking after me and figuratively holding my hand has been sanity saving. She is an incredibly rare combination of clinical excellence and skill, professionalism and compassion. I feel so lucky to have been under her exceptional care.

I had an endoscopic brow lift with Mr. Matti in January 2024 at the Cromwell Hospital. I have an eye condition which complicated my case and I was referred to Mr. Matti by another surgeon who felt my situation needed a more experienced touch.  Mr. Matti was immediately reassuring and used the time in between our first and second consultations to research more about my medical issues. His attention to detail made me feel like I was in safe hands.  My experience at the Cromwell was comfortable and I never felt rushed to leave post-surgery. Mr. Matti's surgical staff were excellent and attentive at all times. The same nurse removed my stitches a week later at Mr. Matti's office. The continuous care by the same staff was a reassuring factor, often lacking these days. The first few days were the roughest, but within a week my bruising was almost gone. The incisions healed quickly and are barely visible, except one, which Mr. Matti checked over on my follow-up. Six weeks later, I'm happy with the results so far, especially considering how specialised my case was. I would recommend Mr. Matti and his team and would use them again if needed.

Highly recommend Dr fazel he was very kind & compassionate & found him to be very truthful about surgery, didn’t feel pressured into having anything in particular & put mine & my husband’s mind at ease about not having to rush into surgery, which I had been advised that needed my implants removed as a matter of urgency by another surgeon. He explained all my options & told me it’s my choice what I decide but gave me a few different options to choose from. I didn’t feel rushed in consultation & felt that I was listened to. Will definitely be booking surgery with Dr fazel & would recommend him to anyone.

I first met Mr Paul Thiruchelvam during the pandemic and was so grateful to see him and his team. He takes the complete picture of your health on board, explains everything very well and is also reassuring. Have been going to his clinic for annual check ups ever since.

Dr Williams is an exceptional doctor. She has a kind and lovely manner, takes time to answer questions and explain issues. She gave me confidence right from the beginning. I met Dr Williams via a seminar on breast reconstruction that was organised by Maggie's at Charing Cross Hospital. I attended the seminar with the clear determination I would NOT have any reconstruction. Dr Williams didn't try to persuade me (nor the other attendees) which option to choose but she went through the pros and cons quite carefully. She also threw in some information about the use of prosthesis including some personal information about how her mother was always misplacing hers. That's just like me, I thought. I took an about-face decision and decided for reconstruction. The guidance I got from Dr Williams was comforting and thorough. On the day of my surgery, Dr Williams was also very kind to my family members waiting for news. The whole experience of surgery ended up being the best part of my treatment. I think back on it with satisfaction and smiles.

Mr Mo Akhavani was just brilliant. He explained what was wrong with my finger what would happen during the operation and my after care. On the day of the operation he made me feel relaxed and during the op ( I had a local ) he was both professional and funny making the whole experience so much better. I hope I don’t have to have another operation but if I do I want Mr Mo Akhavani in my corner. Thank you 🙏
