I felt listened to by Dr Kasem but equally that he was able to give his professional opinion in order to guide me where I was unsure. I felt safe in the lead up to and during the operation and felt that Dr Kasem listened to my concerns and assessed my risk level accordingly. Dr Kasem is clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable but also non-judgemental. I am really happy with the surgery and the results so far!!

I could not rate Mr Thakur anything other than excellent. He had to deliver some upsetting news to me initially and he did this with such great empathy and care. Everything was explained very clearly to me and any questions I had were always answered. I feel extremely lucky to have had Mr Thakur as my consultant, I can honestly say I don't think I've ever met a nicer consultant and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

Mr Sarakbi was very understanding and patient from start to finish. He listened carefully to my concerns, I was having breast implant replacement due to the age of my existing implants. I didn't want to change anything really, but had some concerns about rippling. Mr Sarakbi recommended a great set of implants that were like for like, and I was very happy with. He explained carefully about the risks involved - some I knew about, some I didn't. He gave me a lot of information to read. On the day I was nervous, but his whole team were really supportive and pleasant, especially Tina his assistant breast specialist nurse. I'm very happy with the outcome and definitely recommend him.

Calm demeanour, takes his time to explain everything, did not feel rushed- felt that I was in good hands all through. Fortunately had a clear result and will remain proactive with checks thanks to his kind overview with respect to Awareness! Thank you!

After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Mr Ramsey to anyone - he is extremely knowledgable and achieves incredible results with a very collaborative approach to take into account what the patient wants.

Miss Akolekar was very thorough in her examinations, the tests performed and her explanations of the results. She was very reassuring at all times; I felt I was in very experienced & professional hands.

Matthew James is an excellent surgeon, explanation of procedure was exceptional and he made me feel very confident and relaxed about my operation. I would definitely recommend him.
