The doctor and assistants were wonderful but the appointment was 45 minutes late

I have now been under Professor Mokbel for nearly 17 years. He is kind, caring, attentive, extremely efficient and diligent. I feel so honoured to be under his care and couldn't wish for a better consultant.

I felt listened to by Dr Kasem but equally that he was able to give his professional opinion in order to guide me where I was unsure. I felt safe in the lead up to and during the operation and felt that Dr Kasem listened to my concerns and assessed my risk level accordingly. Dr Kasem is clearly highly experienced and knowledgeable but also non-judgemental. I am really happy with the surgery and the results so far!!
