The doctor and assistants were wonderful but the appointment was 45 minutes late

I felt that I was in excellent hands with Professor Winters. She provided me with a wealth of information about my options, including the most up-to-date research and trials, and clarified when I had questions. A pre-existing health condition was an added complication, and Professor Winters took pains to liaise with the other specialists and ensure that my treatment plan took everything into account, changing it when necessary so that it was the best way forward for me. I appreciated being able to access everything online at any time via the Patient Portal, and especially appreciated that Professor Winters phoned me to keep me up-to-date about my treatment plan, rather than wait for the next appointment. Post-operative care was meticulous to ensure the best possible outcome cosmetically as well as clinically, and Professor Winters was kind and reassuring. She also has an amazing team in Jenny, her PA, and Angela, her nurse, who all worked together so that I felt safe, supported and cared for. Thank you so much.

My only difficulty in conveying my opinion of Kieran Power is finding the right words to express just how amazing a surgeon he is. This was after two previous reconstruction attempts had left me in a sorry state. I had been told it was in fact a “satisfactory result” because I could hide it in a bra (!) and there was not much else that could be done to help me. I was devastated and disfigured but my sister, a nurse, urged me to get a second opinion. From the moment I first met Kieran, I felt totally safe. He immediately reassured me that he could help me. His gentle manner is incredibly calming and I cannot express how much it meant to be treated with such kindness and respect after my previous experiences. This served to significantly reduce my anxieties from the start (and I had hitherto been treated for PTSD in connection with previous medical related traumatic experiences and my previous unsatisfactory cancer recon surgeries). I knew I was in safe hands and that this was a surgeon I could trust. His integrity and skill are outstanding. My surgery and recovery all went very well and I received wonderful care (Donna, his secretary, is just brilliant!). I have since shared photos of my recon with other breast cancer patients and they always say “wow, I want your surgeon!” I had just about given up even daring to hope that I might ever be able to feel vaguely happy about my body again after cancer but Kieran is a real life genius surgeon - I am eternally grateful to him. This Summer I pranced around in a bikini on the beach actually feeling confident I think!?!

I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was shown before and after photos of patients who had the same procedure that I was contemplating. I left the consultation feeling confident on what could be achieved. I am almost 1-year post surgery (breast reduction & lift) and I am delighted with the results. My sister accompanied me on the consultations and post-op checks and suffice is to say that when she decided she was ready for some self-improvement she also went to Miss Hunter and she too had a great experience and result. I also want to mention Miss Hunter's PA Sophie who was excellent as well as being kind and patient.

Mr Chong immediately put me at ease. Took the time to actually listen to my concerns & discuss past history. He explained the process after he had examined me - mammogram & scan. A very nice gentleman.

I have previously seem Mr Johnson and have found him on every occasion to be excellent extremely professional , a great listener , with good inter personnel skills . He is calm , thorough in his questioning and examination always giving a clear diagnosis and feed back . I have trust in his judgement and would highly recommend him as an experienced and competent consultant for breast cancer care .

After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Mr Ramsey to anyone - he is extremely knowledgable and achieves incredible results with a very collaborative approach to take into account what the patient wants.

From the moment I met Mr Blackburn I was made to feel as though he had a genuine interest in me as a person. I had an implant removal and uplift and each option that was available to me was carefully explained with the pros and cons being discussed too. The results of my surgery are amazing. They really are a work of art. I would choose Mr Blackburn over and again.

Mr Khan did implant replacement for me and was very professional and knowledgeable. His secretary was very accommodating in making appointments for me and I was impressed by the level of after care.
