In addition, she offers maternal services for patients suffering from rheumatology , neurology and inflammatory bowel disease. Dr Bhatti qualified in 1997 at the University of Punjab and completed specialist training between 2009 and 2013 at King’s College London and University College London Hospitals as a Maternal Medicine Clinical Research Fellow. This included training in high-risk pregnancies and managing antenatal, intrapartum and post-partum care.

Apart from her clinical work and training, she has an interest in both undergraduate and postgraduate training. Professor Thomas Bourne is a world-renowned authority on the use of ultrasound in gynaecology and the management of early pregnancy complications. He is adjunct professor in the Department of Surgery & Cancer, within the Faculty of Medicine at Imperial College London.
