A fantastic person who has helped me through my circumstances, she has been patient, understanding and not afraid to tell me the truth of what I've experienced and to challenge me to see the bigger picture to help me through my fears and feelings. I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. Ajay is very gentle and kind - sometimes almost too much for me. I wasn’t sure initially that much progress was being made but I can now see (after maybe 6 months) that we have moved considerably.

I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
