Maria was always very supportive and easy to talk to. Her explanations of feelings and emotions were easy to understand, and the strategies were helpful. I never felt that what I gad to say was invalid or wrong and she was able to help Ms understand it was OK to feel like this.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Mrs Sukhjit has been very friendly and. helpful guiding me on a path to happiness. I started with a very severe binge eating disorder because I was struggling to cope in life. I turned to food to help me ease the pain I was feeling but this was an unhealthy and only temporary comfort. Since then I am slowly getting better, I feel more in control of the way I cope with my emotions. I am now able to fine other ways to comfort myself that are more healthy and help to better my overall self.

I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
