I am now completely without symptoms thanks to the prescribed medicine - which is amazing considering that the symptoms were significantly impacting my day to day. He was informative and I really appreciated him talking me through his diagnosis with the use of ear canal model. He explained in detail the tests I would be having, what they were testing for, and what my results meant. Dr Jain was a brilliant doctor for my Son. He performed tonsil and adenoid removal for my son. From our first consultation to our follow up appointment Dr Jain was very knowledgable, polite, and listened to all of our concerns and explained every step.

Mr Lakhani was excellent throughout the process. His communication was clear, regular and he made it clear I could ask him anything on an ad-hoc basis if required, even giving me his whatsapp. I would recommend to anyone.
