The doctor and assistants were wonderful but the appointment was 45 minutes late

She provided me with a wealth of information about my options, including the most up-to-date research and trials, and clarified when I had questions. A pre-existing health condition was an added complication, and Professor Winters took pains to liaise with the other specialists and ensure that my treatment plan took everything into account, changing it when necessary so that it was the best way forward for me. I appreciated being able to access everything online at any time via the Patient Portal, and especially appreciated that Professor Winters phoned me to keep me up-to-date about my treatment plan, rather than wait for the next appointment. Post-operative care was meticulous to ensure the best possible outcome cosmetically as well as clinically, and Professor Winters was kind and reassuring. She also has an amazing team in Jenny, her PA, and Angela, her nurse, who all worked together so that I felt safe, supported and cared for. Thank you so much.
