Hi, it’s lovely to have you here. This is a warm, grounded, and professionally held space where you are welcome to come exactly as you are, take a breath, and begin from where you are. Together we can explore what is happening for you and work towards greater clarity, healing, and lasting change.
There is no one-size-fits-all in therapy, which is why I work in an integrative way, tailoring the process to you and what feels most needed. I am a fully accredited integrative psychotherapist with an Honours Degree in Psychology, a Diploma in Clinical Psychotherapy, and a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy. With over 20 years of experience in mental health, my work is grounded in both solid professional training and a deeply human approach to therapy.
I also offer psychedelic preparation and integration support, including work around psilocybin, magic mushrooms, LSD, MDMA and ayahuasca. Helping you prepare, make sense of difficult experiences, or bring the insight and magic of a journey into real, meaningful change.
