Dr Sunny Philip is a paediatric neurologist at the Mediclinic Hospitals, Dubai. He has expertise in a number of areas including epilepsy (complex and genetic), developmental disorders, cerebral palsy autism, ADHD, neonatal neurology, neurometabolic disorders, paediatric stroke, and paediatric movement disorders.

Dr Philip trained in the UK and the USA and has served on a number of national committees, improving the standards of practice in paediatric neurology in the UK. He was previously a senior clinical lecturer at Birmingham University as well as head of paediatric neurology and the children's complex epilepsy program at Birmingham Women and Children's Hospital. Dr Philip was also a key member of the BPNA Paediatric Epilepsy Training courses and has led the teacher training courses for BPNA.

Dr Philip has a passion for research and has published more than 45 journal articles and presented his work at conferences worldwide.
