About

Dr Sarah Sease is a Clinical Psychologist who specialises in working with both women and men’s issues, taking an accepting approach with validation to help individuals have a more authentic sense of self while addressing any difficulties that may be hindering them from the life they desire. She believes that all humans are deserving of compassion and the freedom to be themselves and live a meaningful and enriching life of their own making. Her goal is to help those identify barriers that are preventing them from living that meaningful life and to help them work towards it.

She is trained in numerous methods and has a large toolbox of skills and strategies, able to identify which strategies best suits her patient's needs and goals. She only uses evidence-based practices and prides herself on following the newest and strongest research within the field.

She approaches therapy with a non-judgmental attitude and treats everyone with compassion and understanding, creating a welcoming and safe environment to work on challenging aspects of life.

Dr Sease received her Doctor of Psychology from the Institute for Graduate Psychology at Widener University in Pennsylvania.
