Dr Sabyasachi Banerjee is a skilled and experienced Orthopaedic surgeon with a vast clinical and teaching experience in India and the Middle-east, of over 20 years. He has been highly successful in his field, helping countless patients receive the treatment they need.

He was an Associate Professor and Head of Unit at GCS (Gujarat Cancer Society) Medical College & Research Centre in Ahmedabad, India. He was also a Consultant Orthopaedic & Joint Replacement Surgeon at Columbia Asia Hospital, Ahmedabad, prior to joining Al Zahra Hospital Dubai. 

Dr Banerjee completed his Bachelors and Masters in Orthopaedic Surgery from Gujarat University in Ahmedabad. In 2003, he was selected for the highly sought-after OREF (Orthopaedic Research & Education Foundation) Fellowship at the world renowned Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston. In 2007, he completed a Fellowship in Adult Joint Reconstruction using Computer navigation under Dr Patrice Graf in Brest, France.

With his extensive training and experience, Dr Banerjee is able to provide high quality, comprehensive care to patients. He holds memberships to the Indian Orthopaedic Association, Bombay Orthopaedic Society and International Society for Knowledge of Surgeons for Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty.
