Dr Rham Zaki Ahmed is a Consultant Oncologist based in Sharjah with over 17 years of experience. She currently sees patients at Zulekha Hospital Sharjah and is the Head of Department of Medical Oncology at the hospital. She completed her primary medical degree in Egypt, as well as her Master's degree in Internal Medicine and PhD in Medical Oncology at the National Cancer Institute in Egypt. She is also a member of the European Society of Medical Oncology.

Dr Zaki Ahmed has worked in several local and private hospitals in Egypt before moving to the UAE including at the Cairo National Cancer Institute and Zagazig University Hospital. She also was an Assistant Lecturer at the National Cancer Institute from 2004 to 2011 before she became a Lecturer in Medical Oncology at Zagazig University.

Dr Zaki Ahmed has expertise in the diagnosis of gynaecological cancers, gastrointestinal cancers, breast cancer and uro-genital cancers. She also has expertise in early screening programs, chemotherapy, targeted therapy and immunotherapy.
