Raghad Bakhsh is a clinical psychologist and the head of psychology at Novomed. She has been a clinical psychologist for over 15 years and previously worked at the American Center for Psychiatry and Neurology in Dubai, providing therapy to adult outpatients. She also worked as a Clinical Psychologist and Psychosocial Care Manager in a multidisciplinary team at NMC Healthcare.

She has extensive expertise in diagnosing, managing, counselling, and supporting people who are experiencing emotional and psychological difficulties. She has vast experience interviewing and recognising patterns in people from varied backgrounds and conditions.

Earned her Master of Social Science degree in Psychology in 2006 from Uppsala University in Sweden. In 2001, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia University in New York before going on to train as a psychologist in Sweden and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

She worked predominantly at the King Fahd Armed Forces Hospital in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she conducted psychometric assessments and counselled adults, militants, and their families. She has also worked in multidisciplinary clinics that provide mental health care and outside referrals to patients with medical and non-medical issues.
