Dr. Noor Buchholz is a Consultant Urologist with over two decades of experience in the treatment and management of all urological conditions such as urinary stones, cancers, incontinence, erectile dysfunction, and prostatitis. He is particularly keen on the use of minimally invasive urological surgery to treat urological conditions. He sees patients at a variety of facilties in Dubai.

After earning his primary medical qualification in Germany, Dr. Noor Buchholz undertook his specialist training in Switzerland and Australia. He gained experience and in-depth knowledge in laparoscopic surgery, endourology, and shockwave lithotripsy for the treatment of urinary stones. He later went on to become a world expert in the permanent metal stenting of the urinary tract. Upon completion of his training, he was appointed Consultant at the Aga Khan University Karachi/ Pakistan, then at the Erasmus Medical University Hospital Rotterdam/ The Netherlands, before moving to the United Kingdom where he became Consultant at the United Lincolnshire Hospitals, and later at the Royal London Hospital where he also became the Director of Endourology and Stone Services and Honoray Senior Lecturer at St. Mary's University London. In 2014, he moved his practice to the UAE.

Dr. Buchholz was a trainer for the International Endourology Society for the treatments of Urinary Stones, in addition to becoming the first recognised trainer in Europe for the European Board of Urology.
