About
Dr Nageena is a specialist chiropractor with over 15 years of experience. She sees patients at the Canadian Medical Centre, Dubai and Abu Dhabi and takes a special interest in functional neurology.
Dr. Nageena undertook her chiropractic qualifications in the UK, at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic. She was appointed Head Delegate for the World Congress of Chiropractic Students to represent her University and chiropractic profession she graduated in 2006. She worked between her two clinics in the UK for over 10 years before moving to Dubai.
Dr. Nageena takes an active interest in furthering the chiropractic profession in the UAE and has served as secretary to the Executive Council of the
Emirates Chiropractic Association (ECA) in 2019 and is presently serving as the
President of the ECA since 2021.
Dr. Nageena has enjoys providing chiropractic care to all ages, including babies and children. Her special interest being in neuro-developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders.
It was through her personal experiences with her firstborn son, being diagnosed as severely autistic and non-verbal, and untimely deaths of her two babies in 2011 and 2016, toneurometabolic disease, that she developed a deep passion for helping all children, especially those with neurobehavioral, learning difficulties as well as neurodevelopmental delays.
Dr. Nageena has successfully become certified in the Melillo Method TM and continues to help many children. Dr. Nageena voraciously continues to study several topics to aid her practice and care of patients.

I was recommended to see Dr Nageena for my child aged 7, with learning and speech delays. i’ve seen Dr Nageena for 3 weeks and have seen noticeable improvements in learning and use of language. The school has also mentioned the progress. I’m so grateful to The Dr. Nageena’s brain training!

I have been suffering from constant headaches for many months, and it became clear to me that the headache was caused by neck pain after many consultations and clinics specialized in physiotherapy. Until I reached Canadian Medical Center, chiropractic clinic, and after the first session, two days after that, I no longer had a headache.

I was recommended to see Dr Nageena by my consultant paediatrician for my Son with delayed speech, language and hyperactivity. Dr Nageena did brain-balance exercises and adjustments. We also did some primitive reflex work and I have seen a significant improvement in my son’s speech and language. He is also much calmer, the school has also noticed this. Thank you Doctor.
