Kerry Segal is a highly professional Sports Massage Therapist. She is a fully DHA licensed massage therapist at Anatomy Rehab, specialising in manual lymphatic drainage massage, myofascial release, sports recovery and injuries, and injury prevention. Kerry uses a variety of myofascial and soft tissue techniques to help with tissue mobility, recovery, and performance.
In 2016, Kerry graduated from the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal with a bachelor's degree in Sport Science. Following this she has completed post-graduate qualifications in Sports Massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. She has previously worked with a wide range of professional athletes including an athlete who competed in the Tokyo Olympics.
