Dr. Fatemeh Nabavizadeh is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist and chief of the cardiology department at Emirates Hospital. Her areas of clinical expertise include Echocardiography, Cardiovascular Disease and Risk Factors, Preventive Cardiology, and Stress Test with treadmill and Echocardiography.

Dr. Nabavizadeh trained in Cardiology in Tehran, Iran and she has over 17 years' of experience in cardiology. In addition, she has a postgraduate diploma in Diabetology from Cardiff University, UK. She has completed two fellowships in the USA: An echocardiography fellowship from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Transoesophageal Echocardiography Fellowship from the Mayo Clinic, USA.

Dr. Fatemeh is a fellow of the Royal college of Physicians of Ireland.
