Dr Youssef is a specialist orthopaedic surgeon at Prime Hospital in Dubai. He specialises in sports injuries, Arthroscopy (Knee, Shoulder, Ankle and Wrist), Arthroscopic Management of recurrent shoulder dislocations and cruciate ligaments, Hip and knee replacement and Arthroplasty, All types of fracture treatments including nails, plates and screws, and Minimally Invasive Surgery

He has previously worked as a Specialist in Arthroscopy and Sports Injuries and as the Director of the Sports medicine unit at Nasser Institute Hospital. He has performed over 500 ACL reconstructions, over 400 shoulder arthroscopies, and more than 100 hip and knee replacement surgeries. He is experienced in treating Trauma and fractures with operative management of varying fractures and dislocations. Dr Youssef worked at Nasser Institute Hospital for 8 years and Kuwait for 4 years before gaining a fellowship in arthroscopy and sports medicine at the University of Rome, Italy.

Dr Youssef's inspiration comes from his father. In his spare time away from the hospital he enjoys spending time with his family and swimming.
