᠎ Amy Prudhomme

Dr Amy Prudhomme is a physiotherapist with 13 years of experience, currently based at Anatomy Rehab DIFC branch. As well as being a physiotherapist, she is also a qualified craniosacral therapist, Pilates instructor, and yoga teacher. Additionally, she has expertise in visceral manipulation therapy and dry needling

Her special interests are in the following areas:

• headaches,
• chronic pain,
• stress,
• anxiety,
• pre- and post-natal back pain,
• gut-related conditions.

Dr Prudhomme takes a holistic and personalised approach to her treatment, rehabilitation, and education. She believes that finding the root cause of symptoms and using effective treatment methods is the best way of ensuring long-lasting outcomes.

She graduated in 2008 with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa. She spent most of her working life in South Africa, before moving to Dubai, where she has been based for the past 3 years.

Outside of work, Dr Prudhomme aims to live a life of health and happiness and is passionate about helping her patients to do the same.
