Specialist's working hours
In the 7 years leading up to Alex becoming a Chiropractor she was based in central London working as a sports massage therapist within chiropractic clinics located in the areas Notting Hill and Mayfair.
While in London Alex taught and lectured personal trainers of the highest level on injury prevention and biomechanics. She has also been invited as a guest lecturer in sports massage at Ealing Hammersmith and West London’s College.
Alex has obtained a significant amount of experience in the treatment and management of athletes. She has also worked closely with powerlifters, bodybuilders, dancers, cross fitters as well as Olympic sprinters. One of her key strengths is her ability to help with programme modification to help athletes continue to train and improve whilst correcting the injury at the same time. She is a strong believer that corrections are often better made whilst continuing training with the appropriate modifications to technique and exercise selection. Therefore, an athlete shouldn't just stop training .
