Dr Yacoub earned his medical degree at Bonn University, Germany, after which he completed his basic and advanced training, specialising in trauma and Orthopaedics. Dr Yacoub worked at an academic teaching hospital within the University Mainz, where he gained knowledge and expertise in endoprosthesis, in addition to common orthopaedic procedures such as knee and hip joint replacements and ligament reconstruction. He also gained experience during his time as a Consultant in Sports Medicine and Orthopaedics, at the Academic Teaching Hospital of University Aachen.
Since his Consultant appointment, Dr Yacoub has gone on to achieve his Certification with the German Society for Foot Surgery and has also joined the German Board of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery. He is also registered with the General Medical Council in the UK and is a member of the largest professional society for Arthroscopy and Joint Surgery in Europe. Dr Yacoub is also well experienced in surgical procedures for foot conditions, including hammertoe, traumatology fractures, muscle and ligament injuries, hallux vagus and hallux ridgus.

An amazing doctor (orthopaedic), very kind and caring, explains each thought and action in a very relatable way, very knowledgeable and good hands in dealing with affected limb , respects the patient and listen s to them, alleviates patients rational and irrational concerns, I had a surgical procedure and found him to be of high quality of expertise

Dr Ahmad is amazing compassionate and friendly. I give him 100% respect. He is knowledgeable and ethical. He will never do anything unnecessarily and I trust his judgement always: always acts in the best interests of patients. He fixed my wrist and going to see him is always a pleasure. It’s more like going to see a friend than a doctor.
