Dr Marc Najjar is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon currently based at the private hospital Medcare Hospital in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. His areas of specialism are paediatric orthopaedics and spine surgery and his areas of interest and expertise include cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, musculoskeletal deformities, hip, knee, and ankle arthroplasty and club foot, flat foot, and hip dysplasia. His extensive training and experiences have enabled him to perform orthopaedic surgery with great accuracy.
Dr Najjar qualified in Medicine, with a Doctor of Medicine, at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, in 2005. He also has an MBA Healthcare Management FHSU, and the Fellowships: Paediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship Shriners Hospital for Children and Spine Surgery Fellowship OHSU. He is also member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the Pediatric Orthopedic Society of North America, the North America Spine Society and an alumnus of the American University of Beirut.
In addition, Dr Najjar is interested in watching movies, reading, and playing basketball as well as tennis and he is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
