Dr Marc Naijar is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon currently based at the private hospital Medcare Hospital in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. His areas of specialism are paediatric orthopaedics and spine surgery and his areas of interest and expertise include cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, musculoskeletal deformities, hip, knee, and ankle arthroplasty and club foot, flat foot, and hip dysplasia. Dr. Michael is a Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon working at Neuro Spinal Hospital in Jumeriah, Dubai. He has more than 26 years of experience, having spent the last 20 years in the United Kingdom. He has specialist interests in scoliosis surgery, spinal tumours, spinal fractures, neck pain and back pain.

Mr Michael qualified in 1991 from the Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in India, before moving to the UK where he undertook his basic and higher surgical training. He went on to obtain a whole range of qualifications, including a master’s degree and Spine fellowship and he was also awarded the prestigious William Gissane Memorial Prize.

Upon completion of his training he worked as a Consultant Paediatric and Adult Spinal Surgeon at Sheffield Teaching Hospital and was also a Senior Lecturer at the University of Sheffield. This allowed him to teach and train the future generation of aspiring spinal surgeons.

Dr. Humeira Badsha is a Consultant Rheumatologist who has been practicing in Dubai since 2005. Before moving to Dubai Dr. Badsha was residing in America, she worked and taught students and doctors at Harvard, Tufts and UCLA .

Dr. Badsha has over two decades of experience as a Rheumatologist across three different countries – the USA, Singapore, and United Arab Emirates. She is also the founder and Board Member of the Emirates Arthritis Foundation and Emirates Society for Rheumatology.

Mr Gavin Malcolm Spence is a Consultant Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon currently based at Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. His areas of specialism are congenital and acquired deformities, limb lengthening, neuromuscular conditions and paediatric trauma. His areas of expertise include Infant Hip Dysplasia/ DDH, Congenital and Acquired Limb Deformity Reconstruction/ Lengthening, Surgery for cerebral palsy and Pediatric Trauma & Fractures.

Mr Spence qualified in Medicine in London with Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery degrees. He has also completed a Master of Science in London and a Doctor of Medicine in Cambridge. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (Trauma & Orthopaedics).

Dr Krishnan Nair is a Specialist Orthodontist currently based at Dr Krish Nair Orthodontics, a renowned dental clinic in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Dr. Al-Kayem obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2005. She is Interested in the broad scope of general dentistry as well as family dentistry. Her experience and abilities mean she is able to effectively treat all age groups and has mastered Behavioural Dental Management for children, ensuring their treatments ends with a happy outcome.
