I went for my breast cyst aspiration, my appointment supposed to be at 12.30pm and they requested me to be there at 12 and I was on time but I ended up entering to the ultrasound room at 1.15pm. The staff (nurse and the lady who was doing the ultrasound first) were so kind, sweet and caring, but honestly and unfortunally the Doctor was not so friendly or maybe she had a bad day today, she was answering my questions very rude and like mad, I have done this procedure before, not in Dubai, and I didn't like her way to do it, I didn't feel pain but I can see how she moved the needle inside my breast, she didn't recommend antibiotics but before I took antibiotics for this type of procedure despite if it was simple cyst aspiration. Doctor also was complaining and arguing with the nurse and the other sweet lady about the long time she took to do the ultrasound saying she only request to report the big cysts not all of them, this lady was only doing her job and she was doing very well she was very caring and sweet with me and I felt bad for her. I would to say that those ladies didn't say anything about this incident to me, I just heard everything despite they were talking very low and I confirmed this inconvenient when the doctor came inside the room because she was arguing with the nurse too.

ACOC is by far the BEST cancer treatment facility in DUBAI hands down,they have the best Specialist and DOCTORS from ONCOLOGIST to RADIOLOGIST with the care of the BEST NURSES and STAFF. My wife was diagnosed of advanced breast cancer that metastasized to her Spine and hips, when we felt like the universe picked on us and for us all hope was gone after all our initial diagnosis coming to this place was a miracle they showered us with good news and hope, they took care of my wife like an extended family. I want to say thank you from the bottom of our hearts to CHRISTINE from guiding us all thru our treatment and to NURSE FREMALYN who's patience is beyond compare and to NURSE ABEGAIL who always in touch regardless of her time staying late her dedication is admirable. To Doctor TAREK and Doctor HEIDARI who's always ready to help and gave us hope. To all the nurses and all the staffs who helped us that we didn't get the names we apologise but this place was a heaven sent for all the people with cancer. There are no mere words that can describe how thankful our family to everyone that kept this place running all of you are saviours thank you so much advance care oncology center.

I have left the appointment with a big disappointment. I was not listened to, dismissing my previous diagnosis and actual mental state. I left with extreme anxiety & depressed, I wanted to scream. My experience in Dubai regarding mental health has been shocking. The approach & treatment of the patient have no regard to how serious mental wellbeing is. I don’t understand why my medications prescriptions are extremely limited to/between 10 days & 29 days. I’m constantly on travels due to work, and I always find myself running out of medication while I’m away, and have no way to get my prescription wherever I am due to insurance coverage to specific medications & doctors’ limitations in UAE. Instead of feeling calm and confident, I have to constantly worry about my next prescription, which leaves me with triple anxiety attacks & feeling more depressed & let down by the lack of care. My insurance does not limit me from a 2 to 3 months prescription approval and blames the doctors & clinics for not providing a lengthy prescription. WHO & how can this be solved. I would love to hear back from you and find a solution to my issue.

I was crying in pain for two days because of my lower tooth, and I was honestly very scared to see a dentist since I’m afraid of dental procedures. But when I went to Dr. Nagender, he reassured me that the root canal would be a pain-free procedure and he truly meant it. The procedure was much better than I expected. I didn’t feel pain, just slight vibration from the machine, which is completely manageable. Dr. Nagender was calm, gentle, and very reassuring throughout the whole treatment. A big thank you as well to Ms. Connie for taking such good care of me and making me feel comfortable. And to Ms. Janine for assisting and booking my next appointment smoothly. I went to the skin doctor she said go to the sugar test doctor and 50 aed for nothing plus I've already done sugar test and it's showing negative in the system and it's valid for some months also and the medicine provided before writing also I told no need of this still I've been charged 50aed for nothing then I went to the reception he told go to the cashier she was on a phone talking to a friend then I went to the lab there was no blood test this Is the worst hospital experience I've had the reception guys are treating you like they are doing a favor no smile rude face

Well recommended 2 doctors at Prime medical Mitocity 1/ Dr Nivas Aboobakeunju ( GP ) from the first time visit now we the whole families become his pateints for yearly check up 2/ doctor Sidaruk Cadiolgy department came for second opinion turn out prefer to see him for yearly check up . They both Very friendly and take time for the pateint . The nurses are very friendly & well care the pateint . Price for selfpay is very reasonable as a couple of tests nowadays are not cover by insurance base on their policy . Many thanks to both Doctors and Nurses !
