I would like to file a complaint about the Filipina receptionist at Prime Medical, King Faisal Road branch. She is not approachable, does not smile, and even when you are standing in front of her, she continues working on her computer and makes you wait for 3–5 minutes before finally saying, “Yes?”—even though she clearly knows you’re there. Is that how she treats customers or patients? I pity Prime Medical for hiring someone like her.
