تجربتي مع مركز Optimization Movement دخلت البرنامج في البداية بدافع التجربة، خاصة أني جرّبت من قبل تقريبًا كل شيء — تمارين مقاومة، مساج، علاج طبيعي، إبر صينية، وكايروبراكتر. في البداية كنت قد ذهبت إلى طبيب متخصص للركبة، وبعد عمل الأشعة نصحني بعدم الحركة تمامًا — لا صعود للدرج، ولا ممارسة للرياضة — وقال إن الحل الوحيد هو إبرة الزيت مرة في السنة. اتبعت نصيحته، ولكن مع الوقت فقدت مرونتي، ولم أعد أستطيع السجود أو المشي بسهولة. أصبحت الحركة مؤلمة وصعبة جدًا. ثم قررت أن أجرب محاولة جديدة مع الدكتورة ريم، وكانت التجربة مختلفة تمامًا! بدأت بتقييم شامل للحالة،. أعطتني تمارين بسيطة لكنها فعّالة جدًا، مع متابعة مستمرة ومقابلات أسبوعية لتقييم التطور، ومعرفة إذا كان هناك أي ألم وكيف يمكن تفاديه. الاستشارة كانت متاحة في أي وقت، مما أعطاني شعورًا بالثقة والاطمئنان. كما صممت لي الدكتورة برنامجًا غذائيًا متوازنًا لخسارة الوزن بطريقة صحية وبدون حرمان، والحمد لله بفضل الله أولًا، ثم بجهود الأستاذ زياد والدكتورة ريم وجميع القائمين على هذا العمل الرائع، استعدت قدرتي على الحركة . ، Optimization Movement عملهم احترافي بروح العائلة الواحدة — يهتمون بصحتك، لياقتك، وغذائك، ومعاملة راقية جدًا. أنا سعيدة جدًا بهذه التجربة، وأنصح كل من يبحث عن نتيجة حقيقية وتجربة مختلفة أن يبدأ معهم دون تردد.

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your medical facility. I have been visiting your clinic for the past 7–8 years and have always trusted your service. However, this time my experience was extremely disappointing. I waited for almost one hour, yet no one attended to me. I was there for treatment and follow-up, but I was not given proper support. One of the nurses was sitting and using her mobile phone. When I requested assistance, she responded rudely, saying that I had many appointments and must wait. Instead of helping, she showed no concern for my situation. I was told the doctor was waiting for me, yet no one guided me or took my case seriously. The overall attitude and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and frustration. This experience is unacceptable, especially from a place I have trusted for many years. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to ensure better service in the future. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response

For a pediatric clinic the nurses should be more approachable and know how to talk to kids. Their approach is not appropriate for pediatric. For example to check the weight the nurse pointed the scale and did not communicate with the child. They should describe all the steps they are going through while taking the vitals and mentioning what’s next not showing signs. The doctor experience was good. The pharmacy was bad especially today in the 11/11/2025, the pharmacist had a medication that was out of stock and sent us to prime garhoud instead of ordering the medication and offering the delivery service. We went to prime garhoud and they said the pharmacist should proceed with delivery and the medication should me given from them not from prime garhoud. We went back to the pharmacy in Al Mizhar and the pharmacist said it will be delivered, still waiting nothing was delivered until now. Medication is important and should not be this delayed.

Its a total lifestyle change for me, I now do OMAD and I found myself exercising hours before I break my fast, the quality of my sleep is amazing, my circadian rhythm changed, sleeping at 10pm and waking up well rested at 4.30 without the need for alarm, this is really a positively change from someone lethargic like me. From 101cm waistline to 93cm, 88kg to 78kg, only after a month. It is so amazing. Doctor Shayesteh is patient with my queries and will explain the process thoroughly. She is highly recommended.

Actually every thing was perfect until I met the Anastasia dr she was lady explained that I have difficulty with finding my veins and I showed her where she can find and they gave sedation by mouth and slept when I finished woke up with sever pain on top of my palm where she poked wrongly and it effects my finger nerv im having difficulty now with my hand because of that I can't clap my hands even it's irritating and I don't know what to do

I have been here for specialized MRIs about 5 times in the last 8 months. Without exception the staff are highly professional, warm, make sure I am comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed, lovely artwork in the main waiting area. The driver service is especially nice as I am not comfortable driving to/from the multiple medical appointments I have each month. My doctor appreciates the excellent t quality of the mRI to monitor my treatments.
