    I visited Dr Usha (Gynaecologist) two months back. At the time, I was experiencing health concerns and, since I live in Arabian Ranches (far from the hospital), I contacted the clinic by phone seeking guidance. The nurse attended the call, and I explained my symptoms in detail. I was advised to complete certain tests at the Motor City branch. However, when I arrived at Motor City, I was informed that there was no update regarding my test request, and I had to wait 15–20 minutes before the procedure could be processed. After receiving the test results, I was told that the doctor would prescribe medication only after reviewing the report. Despite having paid the consultation fee, I was not able to speak directly with the doctor. I understand the doctor had surgery scheduled, but I expected a follow-up call once she was available. Over the past three days, I have been trying to follow up regarding my report and prescription. Responses from the nurse have been delayed, and as of now, I have not received clear guidance or medication, despite informing the staff that I am in severe pain. This experience has left me feeling unsupported and concerned about the continuity of care. As a patient who has paid for consultation, I expected timely communication, follow-up, and medical guidance. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and that improvements can be made in communication, coordination between branches, and patient follow-up. Thank you. Qurat

    I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding the behavior of the doctor during our recent visits to your clinic for my infant’s treatment. On both the initial and second visit, the doctor’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. Whenever we asked simple and necessary questions about our child’s condition, especially regarding the type of viral infection, instead of providing clear medical explanations, the doctor responded with irritation and counter-questions. As parents of a sick infant, we have every right to understand our child’s diagnosis and treatment. Seeking clarification should not be met with arrogance, dismissiveness, or frustration. The doctor’s behavior made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected during an already stressful situation. Medical professionals are expected to communicate with patience, empathy, and professionalism — especially when dealing with concerned parents. Unfortunately, this standard was not met. We hope the management takes this complaint seriously and ensures that such behavior is addressed appropriately so that no other parent has to experience this.

    I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent consultation. During the visit, I repeatedly explained that I was experiencing continuous cough and some breathing difficulty. However, the doctor quickly concluded that it was a throat infection without properly checking whether my chest was clear or not. Instead of examining further, he kept updating the medication. I felt that my concerns were not properly heard. His approach during the consultation felt negative and dismissive. There was no detailed explanation about my condition, and I did not feel comfortable discussing my symptoms. Additionally, I was informed that the gargle solution was not covered by insurance and that I would need to purchase it separately. While I understand that some medicines may not be covered, the overall communication and attitude during the consultation were disappointing. I chose this doctor mainly because he speaks Malayalam, hoping for better communication, but unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. I hope you will look into this matter to ensure better patient care in the future. Thank you.

    I would like to bring to your attention a recurring issue in the reception waiting area. Patients are gathering without any clear initiative from reception staff to organize the queue or manage the order of turns, which leads to disorder each time. This shortcoming places patients in uncomfortable situations. Personally, I had a disagreement with another patient over turn order due to the lack of clear organization. Kindly note that visitors are patients who deserve professional and respectful handling appropriate to a healthcare environment, not an informal setting. We kindly request taking one or both of the following actions: • Strengthen the role of reception staff in actively organizing the queue and communicating effectively with patients. • Or provide a queue numbering system to ensure fairness and smooth flow.

    أسوأ تجربة طبية مررت بها في حياتي زرت عيادة برايم الدكتور ثائر ضو في الرحمانية مول وأنا أعاني من التهاب شديد ومؤلم في الأذن لدرجة لا تُحتمل، وكنت بحاجة لعلاج فوري. ومع ذلك، رفض الدكتور استقبالي نهائيًا بحجة أنه لا يريد أخذ مواعيد إضافية، رغم أني حاضر للعيادة بسبب حالة ألم حاد. تم تجاهل معاناتي تمامًا، وخرجت من العيادة بدون أي فحص أو علاج أو حتى محاولة مساعدة، في تصرف يفتقر لأبسط معايير المهنية والإنسانية في المجال الطبي. من غير المقبول أن يُرفض مريض يتألم بهذه الطريقة داخل عيادة تخصصها علاج حالات مؤلمة وعاجلة. للأسف، هذه أول مرة أتعرض لمثل هذا الإهمال وسوء المعاملة من طبيب. تجربة صادمة ومخيبة جدًا، ولا أنصح أي شخص بزيارة هذه العيادة إذا كان يبحث عن اهتمام حقيقي أو تعامل إنساني مع حالته الصحية.

    My experience with Dr. Ajay Kumar at Prime Clinic Deira was deeply disappointing. When I mentioned the death of a loved one during my consultation, his response was dismissive and showed a complete lack of compassion. Throughout the appointment, he came across as rude and genuinely uninterested in listening to my concerns. The level of care and empathy was far below what any patient deserves, and I would encourage others to consider this before booking an appointment. In the end he suggested an extremely prolonged consultation process with up to 6 sessions because he views patients as all seeking medications.
