Maryvale Private Hospital

I have to compliment all your staff on their professionalism, caring and warmth. From reception, nurses on the ward, theatre staff, orderly, the paper deliverer and the meals and cuppa ladies. Everyone l came across were very friendly. The choices of meals were amazing and the home style morning and afternoon tea cakes and biscuits were delicious. My only issue was with the Doctor who came to see his female patient (opposite my room) at 6.15AM on Saturday morning. The volume of his voice was exceptionally loud even through my closed door. I could still hear his voice when he was consulting with another patient further down the corridor. I feel that this is definitely a time for an ‘inside’ voice, considering the hour of the day, especially when discussing what is sensitive details that the patient may not want other patients to hear. I hope that this can be of assistance and hopefully addressed.

Nursing and ward clerk were lovely. Had my surgery date changed a couple of times as there were anaesthetist problems with my case but very good otherwise
