Firstly I didn’t go to Altona north. My first appointment was made at Williamstown. But no 24 hour machine available. Williamstown sent me to knotting hill. The girl there couldn’t find my Referal she was rude and I called Williamstown and made another appointment. When u arrived at Williamstown for the second appointment, they said there was no appointment in my name and rescheduled me for Werribee. The staff at Werribee were abrupt. Because I waited for an hour and people who came after me went in first. And the didn’t appreciate me questioning that. Then i received a letter in the mail saying I didn’t attend my Williamstown appointment and my doctor would be notified. You guys are totally hopeless. Would recommend the entire company to anyone
