The surgical plan and recovery strategy were very much based on my long-term physical goals and my lifestyle. I didn’t feel like just another case - I felt genuinely listened to. Everything was explained clearly - the procedure, risks, and recovery expectations - which gave me complete confidence moving forward. The surgery was a huge success and I have acquired stability in my knee again! The level of skill and precision is evident in how well my knee is functioning now. Beyond technical expertise, the care and follow-up have been exceptional. I always felt supported, heard, and taken seriously. It’s clear that Mr Hepburn truly cares about long-term patient outcomes. I have been under Dr. Umar’s care since 2022. Dr Umar assisted and guided me as I began IVF followings fertility struggles due to endometriosis. I was blessed and fortunate that I fell pregnant on my first transfer. Dr Umar guided me through my pregnancy, assuring me with regular scans and consultations. My daughter was born at 39 weeks after Dr Umar picked on some issues with her growth and placenta which would not have been missed if I was not under his care. Since then, he has performed laparoscopic surgery and I have been treated for endometriosis and adenomyosis. I visited a range of gynaecologists over 15 years before seeing Dr Umar. He is the only one to have taken my concerns and symptoms seriously and given me support and relief. There isn’t a shadow of a doubt in my mind, that we have Dr Umar to thank and give credit to, for the conception and birth of our precious daughter. We will be forever grateful and in debt to Dr Umar and his amazing secretary Linda. He holds a very special place in my heart. Dr Umar is a true gentleman who treats his patients with kindness, respect and dignity at all times.

Thrilled that I could make the appointment so quickly as under pressure to have it done and results back to GP by Monday as travelling abroad on Tuesday morning at 6am. I live in Wexford so had to travel to Kill, a recommendation therefore would be to have a clinic closer to Wexford. I think the phlebotomist forgot about me as waited 20 minutes, even though I could see he was free. Had to ask assistant to check with him to see what was causing the delay. Room very small and felt crowded. Didn't like having to sit on high stool as felt vulnerable. Thought he would use antiseptic gel before taking bloods but at least he put on gloves.

Liz came to see my son about a tongue tie as he couldn’t latch on the bottle, no matter what bottle we gave him. He had little movement in his tongue - Liz helped him with exercises and his tongue tie release. Liz is incredible at what she does and her support is amazing, you wouldn’t find it anywhere else. I am so thankful to her for all she has done for us as a family. As their latch is important in the first few months as it is their only source of food, their tongue has to support this where my sons didn’t and he was crying for hours due to excess air intake which Liz helped with and I can’t ever be thankful enough.

My son had very little movement of his tongue which was causing excessive air intake which in turn was turning into hours of crying as he couldn’t get it up. Liz was incredible at what she does and informative and very supportive to the point where she visited us 3 times for follow ups. I couldn’t recommend Liz enough at what she does, she become someone I asked for support about different aspects of feeding as my son was finding it hard to get his latch no matter what bottle we tried. I am so thankful to Liz and I can’t thank her enough for what she’s done.

I honestly can't recommend Assisted Reproduction Ultrasound enough. The experience, empathy, flexibility for an appointment was amazing. It did not mater what day I required an appointment I always was accommodated, didn't matter what time of the morning. Also what made it so much better was you were talking directly to Joan and not leaving a voicemail and hoping they would come back in time like some of the others companies providing the service. Also the one experience really helped with feeling at ease and trust.

I recently rented an HBOT machine and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Davitt was amazing to deal with and truly went above and beyond to help support my recovery. The machine was delivered and fully set up for me, which made the whole process stress-free. It was very easy to use, and the sessions themselves were relaxing and extremely comfortable. I always felt great afterwards. Overall, it was a really positive experience and I would highly recommend both the machine and the service.

Overall excellent as I was very nervous going in for it. Nurses and doctors very kind and professional and on reflection knew exactly how to deal with me..that is allay my fears, inform me etc The only negative thing was the wait time from initial registration at reception, (which was also excellent) to the time I was brought through the scope area. However I understand wait times can vary in a hospital environment.
